Helen Singleton wasn’t too far behind, finishing 6th lady with another great PB of 35:00, although due to the huge field her chip time, as for most runners, was a few seconds faster. Sarah Bostwick ran a solid 38:50, finishing 23rd lady, and the PBs continued with Helen Beck making a good improvement to 40:25, and new member Nicky Steel running an encouraging 43:46.
